My work blends causal inference, machine learning, and large-scale data engineering.

Recent: NBER WP on cash-flow underwriting; applied projects in MLS consolidation and price-disclosure policy.

I teach Corporate Finance (FIN 401) and collaborate on applied economics problems in housing, geospatial policy, and AI/ML econometrics.
